Returns

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In its original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

To start a return, please email us at minieschoice@gmail.com with your order details.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.

⚠️ Sale Items

Items purchased during a sale, discount, or promotional offer are not eligible for refunds.

However, they may be exchanged within 14 days, subject to stock availability.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, simply return it to us within 14 days of delivery.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange at no additional delivery charge. The replacement item will be shipped without charging a second delivery fee.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable or there is a price difference, our team will contact you to discuss the available options.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at minieschoice@gmail.com  with your order number and clear photos of the item.

We’ll review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds (Cash on Delivery Orders)

Minies Choice currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) orders only.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If your return is approved:

• The refund amount will be issued after deducting 50% of the original delivery charges.
• You will be asked to provide your bank account, JazzCash, or Easypaisa account details.
• Once we receive your account information, the refund will be transferred within 5–7 business days.

Please make sure the account details you provide are correct, as Minies Choice is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment information.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking when returning your order.

Pakistan Orders

Minies Choice is an online store based in Karachi, Pakistan. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders delivered within Pakistan.
